    The Department of Communications has two vacancies for ITsecurity experts in TU Wien IT, probably starting immediately(part-time from 30 hours per week with the option of full-time,permanent) with the following responsibilities.

    Your tasks:

    • Implementation and use of logging and monitoring environments(SIEM)
    • Provision of security certificatesand maintenance of our own CA
    • Handling ofsecurity aspects on the topic of IDP
    • Designand coordination of a SOC team and management of securityguidelines
    • Long-term planning of technicalinformation security both in the central area and at the facultiesof TU Wien
    • Ongoing training on all aspectsof technical information security

    Your profile:

    • Academically trained computer scientist with extensive experiencein technical IT security (e.g. based on ISO 27000 standards) andimplementation of technical information security
    • Analytical problem-solving skills
    • Ability to innovate
    • Personal responsibility
    • Willingness to learn
    • Accuracy in implementation and documentation
    • Very good communication skills
    • High degreeof team spirit
