    Description
    1. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a close contact with customers
    2. Communicate effectively with customers, shippers and receivers regarding changes in pick up - delivery and potential service failures
    3. Communicate customer queries to management on a regular basis.
    4. Identifying oppurtunities for improvement in clients supply chain operations including process improvements thus increasing efficiency and generating revenue
    5. Preparing bids for new business oppurtunities from prospective clients
    6. Maintaining existing accounts with current or business customers
    7. Meeting targets as set out by the management team vis a vis cold calls, door to door sales, references and lead generation
    8. Stay update on industry developments and trends to identify new sales oppurtunities.
