IT Director

• Financial Services We are seeking a "hands on" dynamic and experienced IT Director to lead and oversee the ongoing strategic direction, implementation, and management of the company's IT infrastructure and applications/platforms/systems and IT partners.

Reporting to the COO, you will play a key role in optimising operational efficiency (fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration for continuous improvement) and ensuring the security and reliability of the IT ecosystem.

You will ensure that the IT partners are delivering on the SLA's / KPI's in line with business strategy and day to day operational requirements.

Other responsibilities include:

Working with IT Partners the management and optimisation of the technical infrastructure ( on-prem and cloud), key financial services platforms and CRM systems.

define and lead the implementation of IT changes. Vendor and Partner Management including key relationships with third-party vendors, including Managed Service Provider (MSP). Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures and compliance standards. Stakeholder Engagement & Management.


Budget Management:
Develop and manage the IT budget


Experience:

Over 10+ years in IT Leadership roles within financial services/leading sector with degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong technical expertise in infrastructure management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems integration. Good platforms/applications in leading/banking systems background. Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and initiatives Location

• Hybrid ( 3 days in the Dublin offices).
