    Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant.

    Full and part-time roles available for evening shifts in Ballyfermot.

    Qualifications & Experience Required:

    To be eligible for this role, applicants must have either obtained QQI approved Level 5 Modules Care of the Older Person and Care Skills/Healthcare Support, or have a minimum of one year's experience caring for others and be willing to undertake the two qualification modules outlined above.

    We will provide free QQI training for those who do not yet hold the necessary qualifications.

    The Role of the Care Assistant:

    A Healthcare Assistant's primary purpose is to deliver personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes. This involves implementing client care plans, performing identified care duties, and promoting client comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

    We are looking for individuals with genuine compassion for others, and the ability to consistently demonstrate kindness, empathy, and patience. Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with others are also essential.
