Overview PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm.

With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of 2,700 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.

PM Group is now recruiting for a Document Controller to be based on site within a client side role.

Responsibilities Document Control Responsibilities:

Managing the document management system for the client Responasible for overseeing and monitoring SOP documentation / SOP updates Responsible for reviewing documentation pertaining to Validation Summary Reports Managing and portio ownership of site document control systems on behalf of Site Leadership.

Overviews document control operation on site and maintains status of all documents issued to site from Head Office Set up/maintain central filing for site documents Organises document scanning/archiving Support snag list compilation and close-out Assisting in the compilation of handover/project based documentation Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in design or engineering consultancy environment in the role covering managing project documentation and support for project management Well organized, high level of communication skills, both written and verbal.

IT Literacy:
MS Office + Document Management Systems English proficieny is required.
