Area Sales Manager – New Business (Field Sales)
Location: Kerry, Limerick, Clare
Salary:
€45,000 base uncapped commission (Realistic OTE €80,
Reporting to:
Country Manager
CreatePay Ireland is a fast-growing provider of payment solutions, helping small and medium-sized businesses streamline how they take payments. We are expanding our field sales team in Ireland and are looking for ambitious new-business professionals who want strong earning potential, clear progression, and ownership of their territory.
Requirements
New Business Focus
This is a fully field-based new-business sales role. It is not a remote or account-management position.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning new B2B customers across your territory through a mix of self-generated prospecting and pre-arranged appointments. You will meet business owners face-to-face, present CreatePay Ireland solutions, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new B2B customers within your territory
- Generate leads through cold outreach, local networking, and business visits
- Attend a combination of self-generated and pre-arranged appointments
- Conduct in-person sales meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Present tailored payment solutions aligned to customer needs
- Handle objections confidently and close deals
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed agreed sales targets
- Accurately manage activity and pipeline reporting

- Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
- Strong levels of self-generated new business
- High conversion rates from meetings to customers
- Growth in territory revenue and personal earnings
About You
Experience
- Proven success in B2B field sales
- Track record of generating your own leads and closing new business
- Experience working in a target-driven environment

- Highly organised and able to manage your own schedule
- Comfortable working independently
Requirements
- Full driving licence valid in Ireland
- Willingness to travel daily within territory
- Field sales in payments background
