    Our client is seeking a Grade 7 Business Manager to support the General Manager for a busy clinic within the Dublin South region.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for both the managerial and administration of the service and will be required but not limited to

    • Provide business support to the General Manager in all other offices relating to any business matters.
    • Establish and set up a clear administration structure for the service
    • Develop and manage systems
    • Provide support and guidance to service staff
    • Prepare and Complete regular Reports.
    • Ensure deadlines are met and that service levels are maintained
    • Execute assignments in accordance with agreed plans, budgets and deadlines
    • Prepare information to management
    • Make decisions and solve problems in a timely manner and inform others of decisions that have implications for them, making sure team knows how to action them
    • Gather information from a variety of sources to ensure decisions are in line local and national agreements.
    • Identify and action any training required.
    • General Administration

    The ideal candidate will have

    • Previous management experience ideally within the hospital / clinic services area
    • Previous experience in running out patients' clinics is an advantage.
    • very good communication, analysis, organisational and administrative skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritise workloads
    • Good team player and ability to work on own initiative
    • Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
