We are looking for you for our service center in Mendig at the earliest possible date as

IT Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You willwork in the varied field of administration of our infrastructure.
• You will support systems and services incooperation with our service partners in the areas of LAN/WLAN,security (firewall, endpoint, etc.), virtualization, storage,Active Directory, MS 365 Cloud, MS Exchange and Teams.
• You will work independently and autonomously on ITfaults, service requests and be responsible for the setup, support,maintenance and replacement of local devices and software products.
• You will create and document specialistconcepts and cross-institutional standards for the infrastructuresyou are responsible for.
• You are involved inproject management and the implementation of cross-facilityprojects
• You will be involved in theprocurement and contractual safeguarding of IT components.

Your profile:

• Completed training in the field of systemadministration, or comparable professional experience
• Ideally, you have administrative knowledge of CitrixXenApp/Xen Desktop and Active Directory
• Experience in supporting large, decentralized networkinfrastructures
• Sound knowledge offirewalls, endpoint security and common network protocols
• Experience in the development of IT securitysolution concepts based on different information and IT securityrequirements
• You have an independent andsolution-oriented way of working and enjoy working in an innovativeand collegial team
• You think in a networkedway, see yourself as a service provider (m/f/d) and have goodcommunication skills.
