- Utilising and setting up the site clocking system
- Completing the site resource tracker each week
- General filing and office duties
- Soft copy file management
- Record keeping
- Assisting managers with clerical duties
- Assisting accounts with filing, matching PO's with invoices etc.
- Correspondence in and out
- General office housekeeping
- Managing the meeting rooms
- Strong interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years experience in a fast paced similar role
- Ability to work in a large scale, multi-site organisation
- Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency
- Strong time management skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Please note this role needs to be based onsite full-time.
