- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Provide support to the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and maintenance of employee benefits
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 2+ years of experience in HR or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
