    Temporary Job Summary:

    We are seeking a temporary HR Generalist to join our team in Bantry, The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support to the HR team on a temporary basis.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and excellent communication and organizational skills.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
    • Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities
    • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
    • Provide support to the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
    • Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions
    • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management
    • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and maintenance of employee benefits
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 2+ years of experience in HR or related field
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
