    What will I be doing?

    • As part of a centralized team, Commercialization Specialist manages E2E Commercialization Process, including label design, for all new products in order to support delivery of top line growth for our business as well as meeting the 'right first time', accuracy and speed requirements of our customers.
    • Role holder will project manage all new product launches from approved concept to project closure through close cooperation with all stakeholders.
    • Accountable for all data accuracy aspects of the SKU setup and label design, from creation of the Commercialization record in SFDC across all relevant platforms (e.g. Optiva, SFDC, MDM and SAP) through to the closure of the Commercialization record.
    • Commercialization Specialist will demonstrate business-led thinking, with deep knowledge of technologies, markets, customer and sites as applicable.
    • Develop strong working relationships with all business functions that are involved in Commercialization.
    • The role requires strong project management and system skills, complete understanding of all Commercialization work-flows and functional touch-points in the process.
    • The role holder will support multiple stakeholder inputs and points of engagement throughout the process. This role may support multiple technologies, sites and markets.

    What do I need in order to be successful?

    • Full understanding of E2E Commercialization Process.
    • Full understanding of E2E Label Design Process.
    • Project management of standard E2E Commercialization Process for assigned factories / technologies / customers / etc. using agreed upon procedures.
    • Adhere to all SLAs associated with the process.
    • Manage and support multiple functional stakeholders within the process.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong focus on data integrity.
    • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Good interpersonal skills & ability to navigate effectively within an organization.
    • Demonstration of a customer service driven ethos.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
    • Results-orientated approach at all times.
