    Job Description
    RecruitNet International Ltd is specializing in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas, we guide you through professional registration, job placement, visa, and employment permit processing.
    We are hiring Staff Nurses for a nursing home in Cork , Ireland.
    We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring, and compassion are at the center of all we do.

    Responsibilities
    • Assist care delivery in the home, to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident's care.
    • Assist with ensuring care plans are regularly audited and that they are appropriate to the resident's needs and reflect the care being delivered.
    • Ensure all complaints are dealt with appropriately in line with the company policies and procedures.
    • To engage with residents in conversation actively and meaningful occupation related to their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.
    • Assist the Clinical Care Manager with responsibility for clinical care in the home.


    Requirements

    • BSc in General Nursing or equivalent
    • Registered on NMBI Live register
    • Dementia Qualification (for homes with people living with dementia) (Desirable)
