- Effectively manage warehouse shift operations and the associated workforce, ensuring adherence to all company, customer, and legal requirements
- Enable efficient execution of the daily plan for all product receipts and despatches through the warehouse making optimal use of the manpower and resource available, ensuring delivery on time in full of all orders
- Facilitate effective communication both internally within the warehouse team and externally with customers, to ensure the risk of disruption to the operation is minimized
- Adjust and adapt daily operations to the forecasted business plans and ensure continued customers satisfaction
- Experience working in an operational leadership role, within fast-paced warehouse environment
- An ability to work under pressure and within expected deadlines, in an organised and informed manner
- An approachable and professional demeanour, able to question, challenge and deliver process improvements
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
