    I'm looking for a dynamic and ambitious Brand Marketing Manager to join a sports business in South Dublin as they embark on an ambitious growth journey

    This is a great opportunity for someone who really wants to own a marketing strategy and drive it throughout an organisation. You'll manage a B2B and B2C strategy for the business and sit on the senior leadership team.

    A great role if you're passionate about Health and Fitness and would like to make a positive impact to an Irish homegrown business.

    What you'll be doing....

    Creating a brand identity, look and feel. Establishing a brand tone of voice and distinctive style.

    Developing integrated marketing campaigns across POS, Website, digital, packaging and partnerships.

    Championing the customer within the business, managing the customer experience to grow retention and acquisition.

    Developing sponsorship, influencer and community campaigns to grow brand awareness.

    Mentoring and supporting a small marketing team.

    To be considered for this role..

    You'll need to have a proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns within a B2B and B2C environment. Ideally within an Irish SME.

    Be hands on, adaptable and positive with a can do attitude.

    Strong budget management experience.

    3-5 years' experience working in a broad marketing role.
