YOUR TASKS

• You support our national and international ITusers with regard to the optimal use of IT clients (end devices)
• You are the contact person and problemsolver for our employees on site and remotely as part of 1st levelsupport
• You support IT users with hardware,operating systems, standard software applications (e.g. Office365,Adobe Acrobat) and company-specific applications
• You hand over new client hardware, instruct ouremployees and manage user and access data (Active Directory, AzureActive Directory)
• You live a pronouncedcustomer orientation through appropriate communication andinformation, taking into account different communication channels

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• You have successfully completed vocationaltraining in the field of IT or have a comparable qualification
• You have already gained initial experiencein IT support
• You have in-depth knowledge ofthe Microsoft product range as well as basic hardware knowledge
• Thanks to your strong customer focus, strongcommunication skills and solution orientation, you enjoy providingour employees with the best possible support for IT inquiries
• You have a good command of written andspoken English
