System administrator(m/f/d)

The Trusted Third Party Service (THS)provides pseudonymization services as a staff unit of thehospital's Executive Board and is a core element of central datamanagement in research in its function as a trusted third party.

The aim is to protect patient identities andthus make data usable for studies and research projects. In thisway, the THS makes a significant contribution to scientificprogress.

We are looking for a SystemAdministrator (m/f/d) for the operation and further development ofthe THS software components.

Insight into your tasks:

• Localoperation and further development of the trust office tools fromGreifswald )
• Support in the development and improvement of the systemarchitecture of THS services
• Development andintegration of identity, pseudonymization and consent processes inthe hospital in collaboration with internal (e.g. ClinicalWorkplace Systems team, Data Integration Center, biobanks) andexternal stakeholders (e.g. other university hospitals)
• Automation of IT operations using scripting (e.g.Ansible, Bash, Python)
• Support fordevelopers who use the THS services (REST API, SOAP) as part oftheir ETL pipeline
• Support in the design ofthe central trust office functionalities and in day-to-dayoperations

Your profile:

• Completed training as an ITspecialist for system integration (m/f/d), an equivalent degree ortraining in the field of system administration
• a reliable, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Knowledge of and experience with modernoperating, development and integration methods, including "Docker"and "Infrastructure/ Platform as Code"
• Experience in the area of productive operation of IT applications
• Sound knowledge of Linux and programmingwith languages such as Java or Python
• Goodwritten and spoken English skills (min. B2)
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Prior knowledge of clinical information processing, procedures andconsent processes as well as knowledge of the legal framework in aclinical context would be desirable
