Audit Senior - Dublin, Ireland - GPC Finance

GPC Finance is working with a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers, located in Dublin City Centre. As a result of this growth, they are now looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join their team.


Responsibilities:
Take charge of leading audit assignments across different sectors.

You will have the responsibility for the planning and completion of audit assignments, whilst ensuring audit files have appropriate and?sufficient?documentation.

You will prepare statutory financial statements from client data and highlight high level risk areas or matters of concern to the Partner/Manager whilst using a significant degree of your own judgement.? Skillfully manage multiple audit assignments Foster strong working relationships with client staff from various disciplines to streamline the audit process.

As your responsibilities expand you will be planning the execution and finalisation of the audit assignments for Manager review. Adhere to the firms policies, procedures, and regulations. Guide and mentor junior staff.


Requirements:
Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent). Strong understanding of Irish GAAP and FRS102. Proficiency in audit strategies, Terms of Engagement, FRS102, Irish and UK GAAP, and CA2014. Capability to work with diverse clients across multiple sectors.
