- Cleaning instruction cards ensure cleaning instruction cards are met and 100% adhered to during clean downs.
- Following chemical training completed.
- Following sequence of cleaning training completed.
- BRC and 5s standards to be upheld every day:
- Ensure to have good timekeeping and absence levels.
- Has a minimum of 11 hours rest between their shifts.
- Knowledge and application of company handbook, policies, and procedures.

- Health & Safety
- Audit ready every day.
- Will have experience in a Food manufacturing environment / Hygiene Team
- Knowledge of the procedures used in a Food manufacturing environment.
