    Job Summary

    Kepak Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Administrator to support our recruitment efforts and ensure the successful onboarding of new employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the recruitment system and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants.
    • Screen and shortlist applications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
    • Assist with the preparation and execution of recruitment campaigns, both locally and internationally.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including arranging medicals, inductions, and issuing contracts.
    • Ensure any relevant right to work documentation is in place.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience in a HR administration or recruitment role is required.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
    • Experience using recruitment software or databases is preferred (Workable).
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
    • Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
    • Previous experience in the food or manufacturing industry is a plus.
