The Job:
As a key part of the client operations team, you will primarily be responsible for resolving customer queries/issues, planning client events, responding to requests/queries, supporting the roll-out of the software product & demonstrating product capabilities to new customers. In addition to these main duties you will also support communications campaigns, analyse client project engagement, assist the product design teams with customer feedback & support the wider management team in their commercial duties.
Your Skills & Experience that we need:
· 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing, or a related discipline.
· 2-3+ years' experience in a similar client account management focused role.
· Knowledge of registration or booking/operating systems would be an advantage.
· Proficient in MS Office and office management software
· Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with clients at all levels.
· Proven ability to self-manage & take ownership of projects.
The Offer:
The role is a 12-month initial contract with the expectation of permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications expected to be approx. 35-40k.
At present this role is office based in Limerick City centre with future flexibility to hybrid/working from home. .
