    We are hiring CNM2 - Outpatient Cancer Centre into a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

    Responsibilities
    • Provides access to safe equipment and adequate supplies in an efficiently arranged physical environment that demonstrates care.
    • Assists the Cancer Service and Hospital in achieving their goals by providing leadership and direction to staff at the Outpatient Cancer Centre.
    • Identifies appropriate internal controls for the department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
    • Maintains performance standards and promotes fair labour practices while recruiting and retaining competent, compassionate employees.
    • Monitors and evaluates patient care processes and outcomes in the patient care unit to ensure competent, compassionate, and efficient care is provided.
    • Outpatient Cancer Center KPI reporting
    • Operates and participates in continuous quality improvement and risk management programs at the unit level.
    • Attends staff meetings, and reads emails and other postings.
    • Enhances the collegial consultant-nursing relationship recognising the value in the development of a respectful working environment.
    • Candidate needs to perform any other duties as required.
    • Ensure Outpatient Cancer Center data sets are available and reportable


    Requirements

    • Should have a valid NMBI PIN.
    • Should hold a postgraduate qualification in Oncology Nursing.
    • Hold a post-graduate degree in management.
    • A minimum of five years of clinical experience plus two years of progressive management experience is required.
    • It is preferred that you have three years of experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Palliative Care.
