    We're on the lookout for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with a strong scientific background , aimed at recent graduates or individuals who've had a taste of laboratory work and are now seeking a dynamic, sales-oriented career outside the lab.

    Who You Are:

  • Armed with a degree or master's in any science-related field (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, etc.), you have the technical expertise that makes you a credible intermediary in the QA and QC recruitment space.
  • Perhaps you've spent some time in a lab setting post-graduation and found that your aspirations lie more in interaction, persuasion, and the fast-paced dynamics of sales and recruitment.
  • Some experience in hospitality or retail has honed your resilience, polished your communication skills, and taught you to think quickly and adapt-a perfect segue into recruitment consultancy.

    As a Recruitment Consultant focusing on the life sciences sector, your day-to-day will involve:

  • Sourcing and vetting candidates for QA and QC roles, from fresh graduates to mid-level professionals, in the biopharmaceutical realm.
  • Engaging with clients to take detailed job briefs, understanding their unique needs, and crafting targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Writing persuasive job ads, mastering sourcing techniques, and conducting in-depth interviews-all geared towards connecting top talent with their ideal roles.
  • Guiding candidates and clients through the recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience.
  • Participating in comprehensive training programs designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills for success in your new career path.
