- Member of IOSH, Certified level as a minimum (CMIOSH preferred)
- Degree or equivalent in Environmental, Health and Safety management 5 Years minimum EHS management experience
- Experience of implementing EHS Management Systems and supporting procedures
- Experienced in disaster planning, resolution and recovery
- An advanced knowledge of construction health and safety principles with proven technical skills in occupational safety and health disciplines
- Experience in developing and implementing behavioural safety programmes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Coordinate and lead, the investigation of incidents ensuring root cause analysis is completed and corrective actions are implemented.
- Influence employee work practices through dialogue, relationship building and behavioural safety coaching PAYE or Contractor
