    Summary:The Business Modeling and Governance group is one of three groups in the engineering department at SAP Signavio. We value consistency, collaboration, re-usability, and simplicity. Our teams provide and advance Connectivity, Modeling, and Governance solutions for the Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite.

    The Way We Work:We are a passionate, cross-functional team developing solutions to advance Connectivity around SAP Signavio. We conduct user research, design and validate concepts, and build incrementally to create the best possible value for our customers and partners. You will closely collaborate with engineers, the product owner, and other product designers.

    The Role:

    • Understand the problem the product solves, specific use cases for each type of user, and their pain points.
    • Synchronize design and contribution-level efforts with stakeholders and Principal Design Lead for transparency and alignment.
    • Work closely with Product Owners and Principal Design Lead to define project needs/scope and negotiate timing.
    • Maintain high-quality standards and alignment with our design system and principles.
    • Collaborate with designers and participate in design critique sessions.

    Role Requirements:

    • Thorough knowledge of user experience methodologies and artifacts.
    • Proficient in visual design and delivering ready-to-production design artifacts.
    • Good interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
    • Previous experience working within agile software development teams.
    • Ability to write user stories and communicate clearly.
    • Experience in taking responsibility and making decisions.
