Senior Estimator required for a leading Main Building Contractor to work in Galway


Hybrid working option Duties:
Review tender documentation and interpret drawings, specifications, and scope of works. Prepare tender presentations and manage tender documents. Attend site visits for project appraisals and prepare pricing packages using estimating software. Analyse costs, measure work, manage queries, and identify opportunities for alternatives and value engineering proposals.


Requirements:
3rd level Bachelors degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering required. Minimum 4 years of experience as an estimator for a main building contractor.


Essential:
Background in main contractor operations, onsite experience, and strong technical knowledge
