- Manage a clinical caseload of patients with lymphoedema.
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to set and achieve goals.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and document client records accordingly.
- Provide services in various locations as needed, ensuring high-quality care.
- Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to quality standards within the department.

- Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Engage in the education and training of student therapists and staff development initiatives.
- Participate in performance reviews and personal development planning to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
- Foster a safe working environment by adhering to policies and safe practices.
- Identify and address potential risks, reporting incidents and equipment issues promptly.
- Comply with Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) Standards to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Sustain environmental initiatives within healthcare services to promote a healthier planet.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of Physiotherapy services within the department.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to inform service improvements and audits.
- Represent the Physiotherapy department at meetings and conferences to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Embrace emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Embody diversity, equity, and respect within the workplace culture.
- Hold a recognized degree in physiotherapy and be registered with the relevant professional body.
- Demonstrate expertise in lymphoedema management, including evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and sound judgment.
- Display a strong understanding of the physiotherapy process, underpinning theory, and its application to this role.
- Exhibit excellent clinical and professional judgment consistent with accepted models of physiotherapy practice.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
- Demonstrate a willingness to develop IT skills relevant to this position.
- Possess essential skills in planning, resource management, teamwork, communication, commitment to quality service delivery, and evaluating information.
