    Job title: Contract Administrator

    Description

    About the Role

    This is a permanent position that supports the delivery of contracted services to our clients.

    • Operate and ensure accurate information is entered into onsite systems.
    • Maintain and update all electronic filing, complete special assignments and tasks.
    • Lease with contractors, place and cancel maintenance contracts.
    A hybrid role therefore office attendance is required on specific days.
    The successful candidate will be proactive in managing OPW contract databases, associated filing systems. This requires developing excellent rapport with OPW Clients, customers, staff members and maintenance contractors.
    We require an individual who can present issues to the supervisor for clarification as needed. They must contact maintenance contractors directly regarding service queries.
    To support Helpdesk operations when instructed by the Supervisor eg: call logging invoicing admin duties., To be flexible supporting general Office / Contract / Helpdesk administration duties as necessary.
