    Job Summary:

    The Director of Nursing (DON) will assume full clinical and operational responsibility for the delivery of the highest standards of nursing care and regulatory compliance at ATU.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clinical Governance and Leadership

    Oversee all aspects of clinical practice and operational management to ensure ATU consistently delivers safe, effective, and high-quality care.

    • Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies and best practice guidelines that comply with regulatory standards, ensuring a robust system for monitoring and improving clinical outcomes.

    Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies and senior management, ensuring clear and comprehensive reporting, audits, and policy adherence.

    • Drive a culture of accountability and high standards, guiding the team to exceed expectations in every aspect of resident care.

    Requirements:

    • Registered Nurse with a current, active NMBI registration and an advanced qualification in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • A Master's degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of senior nursing management experience in a residential or acute care setting, demonstrating deep expertise in clinical governance and quality improvement.

    Salary:

    $120,000 - $150,000 per year
