We are hiring CNM 2 - Intensive Care Unit into a Private Hospital at Dublin, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and plans the Intensive Care Unit's daily patient care activities.
• Evaluates skill requirements and workloads to satisfy hospital patient care needs.
• Assigns patients to care and evaluates staff competency.
• Assigns suitable jobs to suitable employees in accordance with departmental standards, legal and professional requirements.
• Clearly communicates any needs or incidents pertaining to the unit to the nurse manager.
• Acts as the unit's resource person.
• Give patients the necessary patient care assistance.
• Determines the proper internal controls for the department and offers tools for enforcing and keeping an eye on compliance.
• carries out relevant tasks as needed.
• By exhibiting strong leadership and communication abilities, you may contribute to the development of a positive work atmosphere.
  

Requirements

Qualification

• NMBI Registered General Nurse license in good standing.

Experience

• Five years clinical ICU experience preferred.
• Must possess teaching abilities, leadership qualities, professional judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and a sense of professional development.
• Must demonstrate multi-tasking ability.
• Use effective time management skills.
