    The Role

    We have a vacancy for an experienced Duty Manager to lead our reception team. You will play a pivotal role in the success of the hotel, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction while operating within brand guidelines to deliver the ultimate customer experience for every guest, every time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring employees offer exceptional customer service and work to high standards.
    • Making sure customers are happy with the service and products.
    • Taking a hands-on approach.
    • Assisting other managers.
    • Helping to implement company policies.
    • Motivating team members.
    • Ensuring the hotel operates smoothly on a daily basis.
    • Providing first-class customer service at every opportunity, representing the Hotel Manager in every interaction.
    • Furnishing guests with practical assistance, as needed.
    • Communicating and managing daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
    • Offering support across all departments.
    • Supporting health and safety, wellness, and security functions throughout the property.

    The Candidate:

    A minimum of 2 years' previous experience at Reception/Assistant Manager level.

    Previous experience working in a branded property.

    100% computer literacy, including Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).

    Previous experience working with Amadeus or a similar Property Management System.

    Excellent attention to detail.

    Previous experience of managing a team.

    Excellent knowledge of the local area and Dublin City.

    Excellent communication skills, with fluency in the English language.
