    Healthcare Assistants - Multiple Locations

    We are seeking Healthcare Assistants across six care centres to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

    Our healthcare assistants work as part of our care team, ensuring the highest levels of care and support for our residents.

    Locations:
    Abbot Close Care Centre in Co Limerick,
    Clarinbridge Care Centre in Co Galway,
    Ferbane Care Centre in Co Offaly,
    Killeline Care Centre in Co Limerick,
    Windmill House Care Centre in Mallow, Co Cork,
    Willow Brooke Care Centre in Castleisland, Co Kerry.

    Responsibilities:

    1. SUPPORTING THE NURSING STAFF IN DELIVERING QUALITY CARE TO RESIDENTS.
    2. GETTING TO KNOW RESIDENTS' INTERESTS AND NEEDS, PROVIDING ATTENTION, SUPPORT, AND COMPANIONSHIP.
    3. PROMOTING MOBILITY AND ASSISTING RESIDENTS TO MAINTAIN OPTIMUM MOBILITY.
    4. ASSISTING RESIDENTS WITH PERSONAL APPEARANCE AND HYGIENE NEEDS WHILE MAINTAINING THEIR DIGNITY.
    5. HELPING RESIDENTS EAT, DRINK, AND ACHIEVE PHYSICAL COMFORT.
    6. PARTICIPATING IN SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND CREATING A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT.
    7. COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY WITH RESIDENTS' FAMILIES AND STAFF.
    8. Maintaining HIGH STANDARDS OF CLEANLINESS IN THE HOME.
    9. CONTRIBUTING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS IN THE HOME.
    10. PERFORMING OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED BY THE NURSE-IN-CHARGE.

    Requirements:

    1. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
    2. Able to work independently or as part of a team.
    3. POSITIVE APPROACH TO WORK.
    4. FLUENT LEVEL OF ENGLISH.
