    Duty Manager Job Description

    We are recruiting a Duty Manager to join our team at Marqette.

    The successful candidate will work closely with our General Manager, who prioritizes colleague growth and training.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Training and development of staff
    • Managing day-to-day operations of the Food Hall
    • Administration, cash controls, and HACCP implementation
    • Roster and stock controls
    • Problem-solving and reporting to the General Manager
    • Ensuring staff comply with Company policies and procedures
    • Providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience
    • Ongoing staff training and motivation

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • At least 1 year of management experience or similar
    • An outgoing and friendly personality
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • A natural leadership ability
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible under pressure
