    We are searching for an Account Executive with French to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing, leveraging resources as needed.
    • Implement established processes, analyze data, and develop creative solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
    • Manage time effectively, staying organized to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
    • Promote awareness and interest in the client's value proposition.
    • Communicate technical and business value propositions to potential clients.
    • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTS BY BEING KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROACTIVE.
    • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and develop strategies to outperform competitors.
    • Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
    • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and clients to identify effective strategies and processes.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, recruitment, or building business partnerships.
    • Native or fluent in French (C1 level), with strong written and spoken communication skills.
    • Experience with online brokers, marketplaces, IT services, or the SaaS industry is a plus.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to research and identify new customers efficiently.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to juggle multiple communications and follow-ups effectively.
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving results.
    • Adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
