Join our Application Management team full-time, working from homeor in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and get ahead with themarket leader for municipal IT solutions

This will be your job...

As an expert in thedesign and further development of our IT systems, you will play acentral role in our team. Your diverse tasks will include

• You are largely responsible forthe design and customization of our document management system (DMS- d.velop) and the Atlassian products Jira and Confluence
• You coordinate and manage projects, bothinternally and with external partners
• Yourecord requirements, evaluate them in terms of their feasibility inthe standard and initiate adjustments
• Youplay a leading role in specialist projects and contribute to theirsuccessful implementation
• You areresponsible for the subject-specific architecture of the systemsyou are responsible for
• You providetraining, advise and coach the system users
• You advise users on the introduction of processes

This is what we want...

• You have successfully completed a degree inbusiness informatics or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist withbusiness administration content or have a comparable qualification
• You have practical experience in systemsupport, integration and administration or similar fields ofactivity, ideally with good knowledge of a DMS (ideally you havealready gained knowledge in d.velop) and / or the Atlassianproducts Jira and Confluence
• You have goodto very good knowledge of at least one database system
• You are characterized by a high level of social andcommunicative competence, goal-oriented communication and aconfident, constructive handling of conflict situations
• Knowledge of the Java programming language and basicknowledge of databases are an advantage
