    Exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team in a growing organisation. This role will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale business change and service transformation, and multi-stream implementation programmes/projects. In this role you will be covering all aspects of the programme, managing senior stakeholders and internal teams, and working with vendors and other third parties on whom the project is dependent. You will also manage client relationships through formal governance, effective informal reviews and accurate reporting.

    Requirements:

  • Managing large Business Change programmes in the Financial Services industry.
  • Driving the delivery of this programme and keeping the key stakeholders up to date and aware of any issues
  • The ability to orchestrate efficiencies and synergies in delivery of multiple project streams across a program of work
  • Leveraging key capabilities within the program teams to make the budget go further.
  • Ensuring effective control over costs and resourcing enabling the delivery of projects within the program to budget, quality, and time standards
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders and third parties
  • Managing program risks and issues assessing program criticalities and contingencies
  • Ownership of all programme commercials
  • Qualifications

  • Strong proven experience in large transformation programs, delivering efficiencies and business benefit across traditional and silos and business units, and be able to manage programs and program staff by creating a comfortable and productive environment conducive to successful delivery.
  • You must have excellent communication and presentation skills, an ability to relate to all levels within an organization from the front-line to the CEO, and the ability to drive consensus across diverse groups.
  • It will be essential that you are agile and proactive in your approach; but robust enough to manage uncertainty, be able to adjust to rapid change and mitigate the effects of ambiguity and surprise.
  • You should also have experience mentoring and developing Project Managers and Business Analysts if required, and a relentless appetite for successful change delivery and benefits realization.
  • You must have demonstrable experience of best-practice Project Management and its various methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of successful stakeholder management.
