    You will work as a Buyer responsible for all markets within Silent-Aire, a dynamic and international role where you report to the Senior Procurement Manager.

    You will become part of a great Procurement team based in Park West, Dublin.
    You will get a lot of responsibility and a role in which there is room for personal development.
    What you will do Selection and sourcing of suppliers. Negotiate with the most suitable suppliers about the purchasing, legal, and logistical conditions.

    Where applicable, you do this together in a team with key stakeholders for the relevant product groups such as Product Management and Category Management (European or worldwide).Take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost and supplier performance.

    Continuous monitoring of possibilities to achieve efficiency improvements, but also detecting potential risks is part of your tasks.
    Making spend analyses, benchmarking studies, and conducting market research.
    Strive to deliver annual cost savings.

    Challenge both suppliers and the organization to arrive at the most optimal solution for the supply and/or development of parts and end products.

    You play an important role in the growth and development of the department and the company.

    Together with the other team members, you help to achieve our common goals, in particular those focusing on customer satisfaction, supply base improvements, and cost reduction.


    What we look for Requirements:
    At least three years of procurement and sourcing experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
    Familiar with MS Office, experienced in Excel.
    You are proactive, well organized, independent, dynamic, and a great team player.
    Analytical minded.
    Strong and commercial negotiator.
    Communicative skills.
    Focus on details and quality.
    Supply Chain Studies.


    Preferably:
    Work experience at a multinational.
