- Assisting with trade documents and final terms – submitting and processing to Stock Exchanges and European authorities
- Preparation of relevant support forms and documents.
- Administration tasks including – entering trades and data into the database, obtaining LEI & ISIN codes.
- Responding to queries and correspondence from clients and other internal departments of the firm.
- Administration of AML related tasks.
- Qualification in finance, business administration or another relevant area.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and Outlook.

Description
Our client is seeking to hire a Listing Executive for their Dublin based law office. They have become the market leader for specialist debt securities in Ireland. The position will primarily working with their Clients who are seeking to list specialist bonds on the Irish Stock Exchange.
This is a permanent role with a leading firm. You will be working with a small team and in conjunction with the wider firm. You will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to multi-task and work as a member of a team.
