    Description

    In Renewable Energy Development, Neoen owns a significant portfolio of wind and solar farms across Ireland.

    The Development Team is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the development of a diverse range of renewable energy projects, from site identification to construction.

    Main responsibilities include:

    1. Prospection and Analysis: Identify new sites for project development, analyze electrical network infrastructures, and develop strategies for landowner negotiations and stakeholder management.
    2. External Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with local communities, authorities, and elected representatives to ensure smooth project progression.
    3. Financial Modeling and Business Case Development: Create financial models and support the development of business cases for wind, solar, and energy storage projects.
    4. Tender Submission and Project Oversight: Assist in the submission of offers for public or private tenders and provide oversight during the initial phases of project performance.
    5. Health & Safety Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and provide regular management reporting.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in renewable energy project development, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the Irish renewable energy market.
