    Support Administrator for Investment Oversight

    We are a leading insurance group, operating internationally in the financial services industry, specializing in designing, structuring and distributing unit-linked life insurance products for high-net-worth individuals and their families.

    Based in Luxembourg, our Group comprises Octium Life DAC in Ireland, Octium Assurance AG in Liechtenstein with a Branch in Italy and Octium International Insurance Agent AG in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

    We seek an experienced Support Administrator to join our Finance Team in Dublin, Ireland.

    This role involves supporting Investments, Product Solutions, and Customer Services & Administration in cross-functional processes relating to our product/investment offerings.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Gain a deep understanding of the Investment Oversight function within our organization.
    • Support Investments, Product Solutions, and Customer Services & Administration in all cross-functional processes related to product/investment offerings, queries, and periodic controls.
    • Administer the Octium Investments group email and serve as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and AM and Custodian partners for all queries related to product/investment offerings and investment oversight.
    • Draft marketing materials in Italian under the guidance of Investments and Product Solutions teams.
    • Run basic routine controls, automated calculations, and escalate anomalies to the Investment Oversight Controller.
    • Be responsible for the administration of the Octium Corporate Action Process: coordinate all internal stakeholders involved and, where applicable, partner involvement.
    • Liaise with other teams to coordinate the involvement of the Investment team where necessary.
    • Support preparation of documents for the Investment Oversight Committee and other internal committees and workshops.
    • Drive process improvements and efficiencies in project delivery.

    Your Profile

    • Fluency in English and Italian is considered an asset.
    • Able to work independently and self-motivated.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across levels and cultures.
    • Organizational skills with attention to detail and experience working with multiple deadlines.
    • Previous administrative experience and understanding of unit-linked insurance products are a plus.

    We offer a competitive salary of €50,000 - €60,000 per annum depending on experience.
