- Accelerate global growth by building tools, infrastructure, and platforms to improve end user experience.
- Work cross-functionally across the company to understand what needs are shared across teams and how Growth Platform can help build centralized systems and tooling to enable Pinterest to grow.
- Play a pivotal role in working with globalization and international research teams to understand customer journeys in these markets and drive prioritization of projects that can move the needle for user visitation, conversion, and engagement across the globe.
- Define and execute against impactful platform opportunities such as machine translation, Gen AI advancement in translations and building foundations for supporting diverse languages and content across markets.
- 3+ years of relevant product management experience in leading teams, working cross-functionally, and navigating organizations in a highly collaborative environment.
- Strong customer centricity and ability to go hands-on in understanding customer needs for specific markets.
- Experience and/or interest in internationalization and localization, or other unique challenges of building a global product.
- Passion for building tools & systems that enable global teams to reach users across the product.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
