    Verantwoordelijkheden

    • Onderzoek, oplossen, afhandelen en analyseren van complexe storingen
    • Uitwerken en implementeren van wijzigingen
    • Signaleren van problemen en overleggen met verkoop en management
    • Nauw samenwerken met systeembeheerders en consultants in het veld
    • Zorgen voor correcte en up-to-date documentatie van de klantomgeving in de CMDB

    Wat heb je hiervoor nodig?

    • Een werk- en denkniveau op MBO-4 niveau of hoger
    • Klant- en oplossingsgericht instelling
    • Aantoonbare kennis van Microsoft MCSE/MCITP/MCSA en Windows server 2012 en hoger
    • Microsoft MCSE/MCITP/MCSA-erkenning is een pré
    • Kennis van en ervaring met Exchange, Veeam/Symantec, VMware en/of Hyper-V en VDI, alsook routers en firewalls en Office 365 en/of Azure zijn een pré
