    Job Title: Resource Coordinator, PCS

    At Nextrials, Inc., we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Coordinator to join our Project Coordination Services (PCS) team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials for clinical trial projects.

    • Main Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling for clinical trial projects.
    • Support project teams by managing resource requests and deploying resources based on project needs.
    • Maintain accurate records of resource availability and utilization, aligning with project timelines and goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and adjust resource assignments as project priorities evolve.
    • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports on resource usage and project status updates.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, linguistics/translation, or a related field.
    • Experience in resource coordination or project support, preferably within clinical research or pharmaceutical environments.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple resource assignments.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in resource management software or tools is a plus.
