    Role Overview: We are seeking a personable and organised Receptionist to join our Front-of-House team on a fixed-term contract. This individual will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and employees while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Greeting and Communication: Welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
    2. Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
    3. Scheduling and Logistics: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
    4. Mail and Package Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
    5. Clerical Support: Assist with various clerical duties, such as data entry and filing.
    6. Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and kitchenette are clean and organised.
    7. Visitor Management: Maintain a log of visitors and manage visitor badges.
    8. Client Support: Address visitor and client inquiries.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role.
    2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
