    Description

    Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

    Healthcare Assistants are sought to provide personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes.

    Full and part-time roles available, with evening availability required.

    The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in Blanchardstown, a location offering attractive salary and employee benefits.

    Sunday rates up to €17.00 and double pay on bank holidays are included in the package.

    Bi-weekly pay and travel payment are also provided.

    Bluebird Care offers free QQI training for care skills and care of the older person, as well as manual handling training.

    A supportive team environment is ensured by full support from our care management team and 24/7 emergency phone access.

    Flexible working hours allow employees to suit their lifestyle, while a positive working environment includes many celebrations throughout the year.

    Employee recognition is encouraged through an employee of the month award of €50 voucher and yearly loyalty bonus of up to €500.

    Qualifications and experience requirements include either QQI approved Level 5 modules or one year's experience caring for others.

    Role of the Care Assistant:

    Implement client care plans, perform identified care duties, and promote client comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
