    Job description Jacksonstone Recruitment is in search of a Project Accountant on behalf of our client, a global business based in Kildare


    Responsibilities:

    Design, implement, and monitor internal controls for new Joint Venture entities to ensure financial and operational integrity, asset protection, and regulatory compliance.

    Manage banking arrangements, treasury, procurement approvals, and risk management strategies. Foster and oversee communication and reporting across finance, engineering, commercial, and other relevant functions. Prepare and present monthly reporting packs for shareholders and boards, including management accounts and project cost reporting. Lead annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting with project management teams. Coordinate with statutory reporting team for Joint Venture financial statements and support auditors during year-end audits. Contribute to planning and delivering Renewable Energy projects aligned with a corporate 10-year plan. Manage information flow between Renewable Energy Finance Team and Lean Centre Finance Team for annual plans. Assess human resource needs for technology development and deploy effective organizational structures. Utilise Performance Management process for resource planning within the team and wider organization. Key Requirements Qualified ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Oracle and MS Office. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage stakeholder communications, and work collaboratively across different functions. Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed for project meetings.
