    As a Security Digital Solution Specialist and as part of our globally led, digital-first scale organization, you will have the chance to help a specific group of our corporate customers in the Netherlands where you'll make a significant impact by enabling our customers in the market with the distinctive value of the Microsoft Cloud through excellent digital engagement and partner co-selling.

    Required/Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND proven years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR demonstrable years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Fluency in Dutch is essential

  • Hunter: Experience driving new sales and customers using innovative approaches, leveraging partnership events, social selling (Linkedln) and networking.
  • Technical breadth: Corporate customer level experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, productivity and security technologies, and industry standards recommended.
  • Technical Skills: MS-900 M365 Fundamentals Certified or SC-900 Security & Compliance Fundaments Certified or prepared to attain MS-900 certification within 3 months. Experience in M365 platform and Modern Work (remote work security, compliance, teamwork, insights, meeting and calling) preferred.
  • Overachiever: Exceeds sales goals in an assigned sales territory.
  • Leader: Demonstrated sales and partner management experience with executive communications, engagement and influence
  • Proficient: Experience with complex sales training (e.g., Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Holden, etc.) and sales methodologies

    Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution : You will collaborate with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and contribute to the development of solutions. Proactively build an external stakeholder network to and implement strategies to accelerate and close Security opportunities.
  • Business Value Selling : Hunt new Security opportunities by identifying and engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers' business and technology priorities, governance, decision and budget processes, and landing the value proposition.
  • Technical Expertise: You will initiate Security discussions with business decision makers conversations, share best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas acting as a subject matter expert to make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal.
  • Sales Excellence: You will collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, do compete plans, forecasting, and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers
