We are currently seeking an experienced Mixologist - Bar Tender to join the team and continue the long-standing tradition of the highest customer care, attention and service at The Hardiman. If you are creative and passionate, with an ability to ensure excellent service, then we would love to hear from you. Reporting to the Bar Manager, the Mixologist - Bar Tender will play a pivotal role in delivering on our customer expectations.

The Role

• Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
• Preparation of bespoke and signature cocktails.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• Assisting in lounge, restaurant or other departments as required.
• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.

The Person

• Cocktail/Mixology experience is essential
• Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
• Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
• Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros (Point of Sale software) experience is preferable.
