Qualifications:

5+ years of sales experience in Energy, Financial, Property, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Logistics industries.
Highly motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets.
A deep passion for the transition to a clean energy future.
Resilient, determined, and possessing a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in pipeline generation and business prospecting.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems.
Highly organized and thrives in a busy hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute tailored annual sales plans, enhancing knowledge of industry trends and our product offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted prospecting strategies.
Transform leads into deals and deals into sales, moving opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, focusing on key performance metrics.
Manage customer and deal information within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Provide accurate pipeline reporting and contribute to sales forecasting.
Cultivate and expand UrbanVolt's relationships with customers, prioritizing their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Engage with stakeholders at various organizational levels to articulate our value proposition effectively.
