    Description

    We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The selected candidate will be in charge of preparing and cooking menu items, while ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene in the kitchen.

    • Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and plate presentations
    • Supervise a specific kitchen station to maintain dish quality and consistency
    • Assist in menu planning and propose new dishes or specials
    • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
    • Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth service

    Requirements:

    • Experience in a similar role
    • Good knowledge of cooking techniques and diverse ingredients
    • Passion for food, customer service, and teamwork
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
