    Business Development Manager

    Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to cover the Republic of Ireland. The primary objective of this role is to sell new Electronic Security Installation and Service Solutions, including Intruder Detection, CCTV, and Access Control.

    We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to develop both new and existing business with commercial organisations across the Republic of Ireland.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Sell Electronic Security Solutions, including Install and Service Portfolio.
    • Develop business relationships with commercial organisations, including SMEs, residential, and large corporations.
    • BUILD PARTNERSHIPS WITH ARCHITECTS, M AND E CONTRACTORS, AND MAIN CONTRACTORS THROUGH TELEPHONE AND FIELD SALES VISITS.
    • Maximise revenue potential while delivering excellent customer service.
    • Meet or exceed install sales and margin revenue targets, recurring revenue sales targets, and activity and quotation levels.

    Requirements:

    • A good understanding of electronic security products, including Intruder detection, Access Control, and CCTV systems.
    • Proven experience in new business development sales.
    • Able to self-generate leads.
    • Technical solution sales background.
    • Strong technical knowledge of security systems or products, preferably.
    • Awareness and ongoing knowledge of relevant security legislation.
    • Effective territory management and sales planning skills.
